The LHCP conference series started in 2013 after a successful merger of two international conferences "Physics at Large Hadron Collider Conference" and "Hadron Collider Physics Symposium". The conference program is dedicated to a detailed review of the latest experimental and theoretical results in collider physics, recent results from the LHC Run II and discussions on future directions of research within the high-energy particle physics community.
The workshop traditionally focuses on the main themes of the Associated International Laboratory (currently International Research Project) LIA/IRP IDEATE "Instrumentation Developments for Experiments at Accelerator facilities and accelerating Techniques". Sessions on high energy physics, nuclear physics, hadron physics, medical physics, instrumentation and accelerating techniques as well as reports on the STCU project make up the program.
